Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do with synapser.ai and the services behind it.
Purpose
This policy protects the site, our customers and the people who receive messages sent through our services. It applies to anyone who accesses the site or uses the services.
Prohibited activity
- Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful activity, including misleading claims about results.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages sent without the required consent and opt-out.
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Uploading malware, attempting unauthorised access, probing or disrupting the service.
- Scraping at scale, reverse engineering, or circumventing rate limits and access controls.
- Using the services to discriminate unlawfully or to target vulnerable people.
- Misrepresenting an affiliation with Synapser or another person or business.
Advertising and messaging rules
Customers are responsible for the claims, targeting and creative they run, and for complying with the rules of the ad platforms and the law in the markets they serve. Regulated verticals may require additional licences, disclaimers or pre-approval.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate access, remove content, and report serious issues to the relevant authorities. Where appropriate, we will ask the customer to remedy the issue first.
Reporting abuse
Email hello@synapser.ai with the subject “Abuse report”. Include the relevant URL, account or message and enough detail for us to investigate.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
